JRC recognizes the importance of improving staff quality and is committed to ensuring success for all staff through an organized training and staff development program. It is the policy of JRC to employ qualified and safety conscious employees. In order to maintain high standards, all employees attend in-service training annually. _____________________ HOLIDAYS – 12 PAID holidays: 7 fixed and 5 floating. VACATION – NON-EXEMPT: 1-3 years-2 weeks, 3-8 years-3 weeks, over 8 years-4 weeks. EXEMPT: 4 weeks per year. (Pro-rated 1st year of employment and distributed annually on January 1st and thereafter). CONTRACT: 1-5 years-2 weeks, 5-15 years-3weeks, over 15 years-4weeks. Distributed annually on anniversary date. SICK LEAVE – ½ day per month for the first two years of employment. Eligible after 6 months as a regular employee. Upon completion of 2 years of employment, 1 day per month. PERSONAL LEAVE – Pro-rated portion after 90 days of employment and 3 days distributed annually on January 1st thereafter. |
