Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field with 1 year experience working with developmentally disabled; or Associate’s Degree with 2 years experience, with 1 year in supervisory position working with developmentally disabled; or High School diploma with 3 years experience working with the developmentally disabled with 2 years in a supervisory position and currently enrolled in a course in a curriculum related to the field through an accredited college or completion of the JRC Residence Manager curriculum. Coordination of individuals residential programs. Provide staff training, supervision, and support in operation of designated residence. Valid/acceptable NYS driver’s license.  $10.97/hr.
